Humanoid Robot Rental Guide for Western New York Events

Renting a humanoid robot is one of the most memorable ways to surprise and delight your guests in Buffalo, Amherst, and across Western New York. WNY Humanoid rents the Unitree G1 — a real, walking, talking, dancing humanoid — with a trained operator who handles setup, choreography, safety, and interaction.

What's included in a humanoid robot rental

Every Unitree G1 rental from WNY Humanoid includes the humanoid robot itself, a trained on-site operator, transportation and setup within our 90-mile service radius, custom choreography and guest interaction, and a clearly marked safety perimeter. The G1 features 23 degrees of freedom and roughly two hours of battery life per charge, with a fast recharge between appearances so it can perform multiple sets at longer events.

Events that work well with a humanoid robot

Humanoid robots shine at weddings, birthday parties, school STEM assemblies, corporate activations, trade shows, festivals, and product launches. At weddings the G1 can deliver rings, greet guests, or perform a custom first-dance routine. At schools it doubles as a live robotics demonstration with a guided student Q&A. For corporate events it welcomes attendees, recites scripted company messaging, and draws crowds to your booth.

Pricing and service area

Packages start at $795 for a one-hour school show and range up to $5,000+ for full-scale corporate activations. Travel is included within 30 miles of Buffalo; a per-mile fee applies beyond that. We serve Buffalo, Amherst, Cheektowaga, Tonawanda, Lockport, Niagara Falls, and Rochester — anywhere within about 90 miles of the city.
